How this desk is organised
There are no headshots below. Komodo Luxury Resort is a working desk for stays and on-the-ground arrangements, and this page sets out what each part of it is responsible for.
- Property vetting. Visits or verifies the property, checks the licence and the room or villa count, and records what the photographs leave out.
- Availability and rates. Confirms live availability and the rate that will actually be charged, including taxes and service, before quoting.
- Booking and payment. Sets out the deposit, balance and cancellation terms in writing and holds the reservation against them.
- On-the-ground coordination. Arranges transfers, arrival timing and anything the property does not handle itself.
- Guest liaison. Passes requests to the property in writing and reports back what the property actually agreed to.
Why there are no names on this page
We do not publish names, job titles or qualifications here. A credential on a public page is a claim, and we will only make a claim we can put a certificate or a registration number behind. Where we cannot, we say nothing rather than write something that sounds impressive. Ask, and you will be told who is working on your enquiry. That answer is specific to your case, which is the only context in which a name is worth anything.
What we publish, and how it is checked
Where this site states a rule, a fee or a schedule, it comes from the operator or the official source, and we say so on the page. Where a rule has not been confirmed against an official source, we say that too. If a page here contradicts what you were told by an operator or an official office, write to us. We will check it and correct the page.
